Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team remotely from Tacoma, Washington. As an LPC, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to adults, children, and families within an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, as well as facilitate appropriate discharge when beneficial.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are informed by their unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with organizational guidelines.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to determine clients’ needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, ensuring that each client's therapeutic journey is productive and therapeutic.
\n
• Participate in individual and group supervision opportunities to enhance clinical skills and foster professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for clients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.
\n
• Proficient in using various computer systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Ability to conduct intake assessments comfortably and accurately.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specialized populations or presenting issues.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.

• Fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates, allowing payment in advance of client collections.
\n
