This position operates in a fully remote setting, which allows for flexibility and convenience in providing therapy services through telehealth platforms. You will leverage advanced technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document care, manage schedules, and communicate with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, focusing on a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other counselors, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations and professional ethics.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and collaboration to remain current with emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, with a preference for experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team to enhance client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
