Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required for this role.

• Valid, independently licensed in Washington D.C. as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, with a commitment to obtaining licensure within 200 hours of completing residency if not already licensed.

• Trained in EMDR or willingness to complete basic EMDR training within three months of hire.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions, applying them as appropriate to the client’s needs.
