Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma history and unique treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions that assist clients in processing trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, enhancing client safety and wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower informed participation in their treatment journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
