Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of patients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and, when appropriate, facilitate discharge planning.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment milestones in compliance with clinic standards.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and establish an appropriate course of action.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, maintaining a consistent therapeutic presence.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional development and improved clinical practices.
\n
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers within the clinic to ensure holistic care and a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have a focus on serving youth and their families, engaging with clients from various backgrounds, including those dealing with psychiatric issues and substance abuse. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients towards recovery and resilience, providing the tools they need to overcome challenges and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for various clinical settings as part of the clinic’s operational standards.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals affected by substance abuse issues.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic keyboarding abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Specialization in working with adolescents and families.

• Experience in telehealth counseling modalities.

• Previous work in outpatient settings, enabling seamless integration into the clinic’s operational workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
