Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that address the unique struggles of each client, while continuously monitoring and assessing progress towards their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals within our Group Practice to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate support to families in crisis, offering therapeutic interventions to stabilize emotional distress and facilitate conflict resolution.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and timely, ensuring all client interactions comply with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and families navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. You will be equipped to handle a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma, cultivating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapeutic services to children and families in a professional setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity to build rapport with diverse client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
