Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a supportive rapport with clients, focusing on building trust and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine appropriate times for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and address specific client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop actionable plans.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, tailoring each session to meet the unique requirements of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth clients who may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
