Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions to individual adult clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment that encompasses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measurement tools to inform treatment plans, adapting strategies based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our reliable therapist portal, which simplifies the documentation process and enhances the overall efficiency of client management.

• Receive ongoing support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population spans a diverse array of individuals seeking support for various mental health disorders. You will be providing care to adult clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or adjustment challenges. Your role is critical in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful progress toward their wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
