Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to inform treatment plans that are personalized and evidence-based.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain consistent and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines; this includes documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide the highest quality of holistic care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, enabling you to develop a rich therapeutic rapport with individuals struggling during different phases of their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
