Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide effective psychotherapy services to clients through various mediums, including telehealth, in-office sessions, or an optimal hybrid model, thereby ensuring accessibility and comfort for your clients.

• Maintain meticulous electronic records and documentation for each client interaction to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and enhance treatment continuity.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and collaboration with other health professionals to refine your therapeutic approach and share insights about integrating wellness services.

• Actively manage and expand your caseload by engaging with an additional 15-35 clients, tailoring your therapeutic techniques to their individual needs and preferences.

The client demographic is varied, comprising adults, children, teens, geriatrics, couples, and military veterans. Our counselors should be adaptable, creating customized therapy plans based on the nuanced needs and backgrounds of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field, accompanied by current California licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPCC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Insight Wellness Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise.
