Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all mental health services rendered to clients, aligning with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions designed to identify, understand, and address personal, psychological, and interpersonal issues affecting clients' daily lives.

• Engage in psychological emergencies, offering crisis interventions and trauma response services with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with case managers, family members, medical staff, other mental health professionals, and educational personnel to guarantee integrated care tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, using various clinical tools and methodologies to inform treatment planning.

• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with organizational policies.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in the state of California is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.

• Proficiency in medical coding, clinical documentation, and reporting standards is expected.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health counseling role is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
