Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive and therapeutic environment that encourages client participation and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention and management to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stabilization.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment progress and any significant changes in client status.

• Stay informed of the latest trends, research, and advancements in mental health care to continually enhance your practice and contribute to the center's innovative approach.

• Engage in supervision and collaboration with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Our client base is diverse, reflecting various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Your ability to empathize, connect, and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client is essential in fostering positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health assessment and care coordination is essential.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms is preferred, including experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
