Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain client histories and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches.

• Document progress and effectiveness of treatment using approved digital platforms, ensuring that all client interactions and session notes are recorded accurately.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop and refine clinical programs, enhancing the therapeutic experience for all clients.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings to foster holistic approaches to client care, sharing insights and recommendations based on your clinical expertise.

• Conduct follow-up assessments and evaluate the outcomes of treatment strategies, adapting methods as necessary to meet each client's evolving needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and credentialing committee participation, to enhance your skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by management that align with the goals of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and families, particularly those encountering developmental challenges.

• Strong proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and other psychotherapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
