Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, using your clinical skills to establish strong therapeutic rapport and maintain professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, stabilize treatment, and guide them through discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s unique goals and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in a timely manner to uphold compliance and client care standards.

• Participate in intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their suitable treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, allowing for independent practice.

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software, such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for effective practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model which provides guaranteed rates allowing for early compensation ahead of client collections. Additional benefits include:
