Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, effectively communicating and sharing insights to optimize treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance abuse issues, and family dynamics. Our target population includes those with limited access to mental health resources, making this role critical in bridging the gap and ensuring equitable care. You will play an essential role in the community by helping clients navigate their struggles and empowering them through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
