The standard business hours for our team are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for predictable scheduling during the work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments of clients to evaluate the presence and severity of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to devise personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and wellness strategies, empowering them with knowledge and resources.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs and outcomes.

• Work in close coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and clinical practices in mood disorder treatment to provide the best care possible and enhance your professional expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 52,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
