This position operates within an outpatient setting primarily through telehealth consults. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Create and tailor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and current best practices.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals and families coping with various mental health challenges. This includes working with children, couples, and adults who may be facing issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related experiences, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of current principles, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
