Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance abuse history.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create integrated care plans that address clients' diverse needs.

• Educate and support clients’ families, promoting active involvement in the recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving adolescents and young adults aged 12-25, a demographic that is increasingly requiring accessible and effective mental health support. You will engage with clients facing a range of issues—from anxiety and depression to more complex challenges such as trauma and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will foster open communication, allowing clients to feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Applicants must hold an active state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Previous experience in providing telehealth therapy to young populations is essential.

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in navigating digital tools such as Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive at $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
