Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct complex mental health assessments to accurately diagnose and devise concrete, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other frameworks to engage clients effectively.

• Respond to mental health crises by delivering immediate intervention strategies, providing vital support to clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards in record-keeping, documentation, and client interactions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaboratively develop strategic care pathways.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources, helping them navigate their care journey.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and professional background.
