Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health status and emotional needs, ensuring tailored interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practice.

• Monitor client influx, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize the therapeutic process.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients exhibiting acute needs, utilizing de-escalation techniques to guide them towards stability.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and therapy outcomes, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
