Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health history and substance abuse, establishing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet our clients' unique needs.

• Maintain compliance with all regulations by keeping accurate and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, supporting them in actively participating in their loved one's care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adolescents and young adults, many of whom seek assistance with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity, allowing for a focus on therapeutic growth rather than crisis intervention. This demographic requires a therapist who is not only well-versed in evidence-based therapeutic interventions but also capable of connecting with younger clients in a meaningful way.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Must possess active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
