Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our organization, you will:

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy via video conferencing, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for your clients.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that therapy sessions produce constructive outcomes.

• Create personalized and effective therapy plans that outline specific goals and objectives, assessing clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting stable, low-acuity adults who may be navigating life transitions, stressors, or relational challenges. By working collaboratively with these individuals, you will help them develop a deeper self-understanding and cultivate healthier habits that promote overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license that allows for independent practice. Eligible licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• No disciplinary actions on your licensing record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that reflect a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in the latest developments and best practices in psychotherapy.

• Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms for counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with similar patient populations and familiarity with various therapeutic models, especially solution-focused therapy, will be highly advantageous.
