Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new and ongoing clients to determine their mental health status and therapy needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address diverse client needs.

• Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
