Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of your clients, understanding their challenges and goals deeply.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Create personalized treatment plans designed to meet each client’s unique needs, setting specific goals and tailored interventions to track their progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services when clients are facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the immediate support they need.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment documentation, progress notes, and outcome evaluations, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
