Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that clients receive exceptional care through a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. We operate seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing for a wide array of appointment times to fit both your and the clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly impact client outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation and client interactions.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance skills and stay current with advances in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients coping with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach centers around meeting clients where they are in their mental health journey, applying personalized interventions that resonate with each individual's background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, particularly in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders along with legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing strong rapport with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n
