Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions via live video, utilizing evidence-based techniques to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Engage in collaborative care management by working closely with other mental health professionals to co-develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize advanced tools for symptom assessment, treatment progress tracking, and crisis protocol management, ensuring a structured and responsive care delivery process.

• Participate in ongoing consultations with team leadership to maintain a high quality of care and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
