Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapeutic treatments through live video sessions, applying modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

• Develop and assign between-session digital lessons, assessments, and video resources to enhance clients' therapeutic journey and outcome monitoring.
\n
• Engage in peer-based quality assurance reviews to maintain high service standards and clinically relevant practices.
\n
• Participate in individual and group clinical consultation meetings to refine skills and ensure best practices.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of individuals, including adult and adolescent clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. By leveraging remote therapy tools, you will create a supportive and engaging atmosphere tailored to meet each client's unique needs, all while upholding confidentiality and clinical best practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a clinical field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• An unrestricted, independent license LCSW/LISW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC/LCPC, LMFT/LCMFT, Psychologist PhD/PsyD, or LMHC/LCMHC, with no current or pending disciplinary actions.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment techniques with proven outcomes.
\n
• A strong background in providing teletherapy and maintaining a robust clinical caseload.
\n
• Residency in the United States is required for this remote position.
