This role is primarily remote, allowing you flexibility in managing your work-life balance while engaging with clients from the comfort of your own home. However, the position also includes opportunities for in-person sessions as needed, particularly for intensive therapy programs or client preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies for clients by conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to understand their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices to support individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a holistic approach to mental healthcare.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methodologies to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including consultations with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals when addressing complex client issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
