Work Environment\n

This role operates in a remote outpatient office setting, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare. You will have the option to engage in a hybrid role, offering services via telemedicine or in person at our Garland, Texas location. Our flexible work schedules are designed to meet both client needs and your personal preferences without the requirement for weekend hours. Full-time professionals generally work Monday to Friday, while part-time counselors can craft their schedules from Monday through Saturday based on team needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of client demographics, including individuals, couples, and groups.

• Utilize a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
