Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, fostering rapport and building strong therapeutic relationships with each client while upholding ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and treatment plan adherence, as well as to facilitate timely discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance professional development and to reflect on therapeutic practices.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care and effective resource utilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Healing Springs Family & Wellness Center is predominantly focused on assisting youth facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clinicians engage with clients who are experiencing emotional distress, behavioral issues, and various psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings, contributing to a high standard of care.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
