Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, using structured tools and assessment methods.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, delivered via secure telehealth sessions.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, modifying treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare practitioners to provide integrated mental health care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings to stay current with mental health best practices.

• Adhere to the ethical principles and professional standards set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients coping with a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, emphasizing the need for culturally competent and empathetic approaches tailored to each individual’s unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to implement appropriate interventions effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
