Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth, self-awareness, and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring high standards of ethical practice and professionalism.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care that encompasses all aspects of the client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population spans a wide demographic, including individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
