Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s unique mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans to address those specific concerns.

Your work will involve engaging with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients’ experiences and challenges, contributing positively to their therapeutic journey.

Experience in an outpatient setting or community health clinic is desirable, as it enhances your ability to work with a diverse client base.
