Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to establish individualized treatment goals based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans, ensuring they remain relevant to clients’ evolving conditions.

• Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to coordinate care and facilitate client referrals.

• Manage a caseload effectively, keeping meticulous session notes that reflect client progress and any necessary adjustments to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as an LPC, LMFT, and/or LICSW. This credential is mandatory for the role.
