Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health status, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment to identify concerns effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring measurable goals for progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on the needs of the clients.

• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care, attending regular case consultations as needed to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, providing resources and strategies to support their loved ones’ recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and other ethical guidelines, ensuring that documentation is completed timely and accurately.

Our clients include individuals coping with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse. You will work with diverse populations, accommodating various cultural contexts and age groups, from adolescents to adults. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related setting, showcasing your adeptness in therapeutic techniques.
