Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed clinician, you will work with both individual clients and potentially facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience and empowerment through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, ideally in a similar setting that emphasizes teletherapy. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care practices will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
