Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using CBT techniques to address client needs effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in a streamlined Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Participate in weekly clinical consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and share best practices.

• Adhere to regular weekday hours; enjoy a schedule free of nights, weekends, and on-call duties, allowing for a balanced personal and professional life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with Thought Matters, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Your expertise in CBT will enable you to provide targeted care, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent Florida license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

The compensation package for this role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
