This position is designed to be fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. We value flexibility and ensure that our therapists can provide services from the comfort of their homes while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with colleagues. Our therapists have access to advanced telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless client interactions and care documentation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client’s mental health journey. Normal business hours are observed, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling an maintainable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the emotional and psychological status of clients, focusing on mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, emphasizing personal goals and preferences to enhance engagement in their therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address complex mood disorders effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, promoting understanding of treatment options and self-help strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Foster a multidisciplinary approach by collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research in mood disorders to inform and refine therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidenced-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT that support effective treatment of mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and health care team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
