Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, considering their individual histories and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients' specific mental health challenges and personal goals, adapting strategies as needed based on client progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy using evidence-based approaches, ensuring that sessions are conducive to engagement and healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize treatment outcomes for each client.

Qualifications\n
