Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect our individualized approach to care.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving their personal and mental health objectives.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust client treatment plans based on their progress and feedback, fostering an adaptive therapeutic approach.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment plans, adhering to the ethical standards of practice.

• Ensure accessibility for your clients by offering teletherapy options, particularly for those facing transportation challenges or preferring virtual interactions.

• Participate in professional development sessions and workshops, continuing to expand your clinical skills and knowledge.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
