Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect personal goals and therapeutic objectives.

• Provide culturally competent and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, including CBT, DBT, and other modalities suitable for diverse client needs.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and case managers to create a coordinated care plan that addresses the multifaceted nature of clients’ situations.

• Respond to emergencies with appropriate crisis intervention strategies while providing compassionate and effective support to clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma within Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on serving individuals from varied backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
