Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that ethical standards and compassionate care are upheld.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments and utilizing evidence-based strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitating insight development for clients, helping them understand their emotions and relationships better.

• Regularly monitoring client progress throughout the treatment plan and assisting clients in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic nature that helps build rapport with clients.

• Strong digital literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, with salaries between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year dependent on hours worked. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer:
