Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' history and develop appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, focusing on the unique needs and strengths of each individual.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a range of coping strategies and support to help clients process their experiences effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a responsive approach to urgent needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
