Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and identify appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to process trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calm and effective response to acute situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, adaptive coping mechanisms, and available community resources for continued support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance across all practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and associated mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working within mental health fields, particularly in trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective and empathetic patient engagement.

• Ability to remain composed and responsive under pressure in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications, ensuring smooth documentation and workflow processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional experience in delivering trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities may be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n
