Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health status and specific needs, which may include emotional, psychological, and behavioral evaluations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients using solution-focused and evidence-based techniques via teletherapy, ensuring a high level of engagement and care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and developing safety plans for clients in distress.

The Aged Care Mental and Behavioral Center serves a diverse range of clients, primarily adults experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current mental health license such as:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a case load efficiently.

• A clean professional background with no history of disciplinary actions.
