Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, then develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, group, and family sessions, adapting approaches based on the client's goals and preferences.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely support and plan development for ongoing care.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and eliminating stigma surrounding seeking help.

You will work with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who face diverse mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively with a diverse array of clients, utilizing cultural competence in treatment approaches.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
