Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, ensuring each client's mental health needs are accurately identified. Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize various approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting your method based on individual client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention, employing de-escalation skills to assist clients in distress.

• Engage in community outreach, promoting mental health awareness through workshops or informational sessions tailored to reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Our focus is on making mental health services accessible to all, with an emphasis on understanding and respecting the cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A master's or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong cultural competence, enabling effective communication and understanding of clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficient session scheduling and accurate documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
