Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history, mental health status, and personal goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health conditions, incorporating evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and dynamic group therapy workshops that employ best practices and creative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. You will help them navigate these challenges by employing trauma-informed care approaches and focusing on their individual strengths and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
