Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, and effectively develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ensuring a customized approach for individual, group, and family sessions.

• Actively participate in case conferences with fellow professionals to develop integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing your clinical expertise and compassionate demeanor.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapy license in Texas, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
