Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and commitment to inclusivity in working with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate, thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.
